PRIVATE LESSONS

The Alexander Technique is a layered learning process and an investment in improving one’s “use of the self.” Because it is a hands-on kinesthetic method, the best way to experience the Alexander Technique is through private lessons. Although just a few lessons will prove very helpful, the usual recommendation is a series of lessons (anywhere from10–30) to provide a pupil with sufficient kinesthetic experience for ongoing change and continuing self improvement on their own.

Many pupils enjoy continuing with their lessons on a very regular basis after a foundation series of lessons, while others find occasional refresher lessons helpful in maintaining good use. Lessons last 40-45 minutes. Pricing packages and concessions are available. Click here for pricing.
